constructively, i can notice (you can too probably) the out of proportion-ness
thats why you asked for help after all; SO:
when u are drawing a human, the legs are always longer than the torso
unless you got some dwarvism shit going on
but then we call them oompa loompas
the torso should be.... 2/3s the size of the legs (maybe 3/4, but whatever, i stick with 2/3)
then, when you draw the arms, use yourself as a reference
when you hang your arms down, they reach past your groin (so you can fapfapfap) to about midway between your pelvis and your knee
also, i know youve been looking at skeleton references, but look at muscle refs too!
its very important to know the ripples and flat sections of the body
