well i used to have fairly decent legth hair with the whole side fringe and everthing and i thought i was cool, and so did my girl.

now my new job insisted i get the whole short back and sides shit hair cut. so now i look like a tool :(
i personally dont see how insisting i get a shit haircut will make my job performance any better...

Completely feel your pain man.
I used to think they were trying to figure out if you used expensive hair gel or not.
Another conclusion was that they wanted to see if you would dish out the money for a haircut every month or so...

Oh yea and then there is the whole military perspective that your hair is your identity and by shaving it completely off you are erasing that identity.
Having control hair especially against your will is like letting those new bosses chose how you will act and be... Controlled!

Any job that pays more than flipping burgers requires you to keep up some sort of appearance. Guess what? Life's not fair. Get used to it.
