There are others, but that's just a few of them. I'm not really as bothered about Borderlands since they changed the graphical style.

Despite the fact I'm not a Halo fan, I like the look of ODST. Looks really fun, especially the Firefight mode.

They changed the graphics on Borderlands, so now it looks like a comic book game, its so choppy and lame compared to what it was.

The original one was very good based on it's replayability and I made some friends on there, and based on the facts it'll live up to it's original and beyond.

2. Dead Rising 2

Screw you guys for not mentioning this. This time round you're Chuck Greene (sp?), some motorist who is in the infected town of Fortune City. Bit blurry on the details but from what I heard it will be a good time (and with multiplayer I believe).

3. COD:MW2

(Yes, its a CoD game guys and girls) Lot of good features are being put into this (including customized kill streaks) along with a good storyline.

4. Dead Space 2

The original Dead Space was very good even if some think it's RE4 in space, so I'm hoping for the same amount of quality from it's precedent (Upside down shooting is always fun!). And Isaac

5. Starcraft 2

With a truck load of missions, I doubt it will disappoint, and Blizzard usually doesn't. Plus with the trailers I viewed it will be much more tactical and if the map creator is in there also, that days of playing there.

6. Halo: ODST

Even with my lack of info on the game, reading the books makes me hunger for this. Considering there's a lot of crap that the Halo games didn't cover, I'd love to see some of that in this. Plus the lack of the high tech armor probably means more tactics are involved.

7. Mass Effect 2

With the ending of Mass Effect, this brings up a hell of a lot of shit to go down and I believe it is going to be more open ended than the original. Basically it's going to be fun.
Fallout: New Vegas

It's using the Oblivion engine I believe so it will still have that feel that I like but with some new people developing it, more than likely be some cool stuff.

Modern Warfare 2:
I played COD4 multiplayer for about 6 months straight and a total of 9-10 months since the games release. With such a success, this game is expected to raise the bar higher than its predecessor (which is higher than any game made by Treyarch has ever made) Plus actually putting a face and voice to Soap McTavish and fighting along side him is one of the cooler things they did for this one. I expect to orgasm a few times during the single player campaign alone, not to mention during multiplayer.

Uncharted 2:
First one was surprisingly good and so I'm willing to give the second one an instant spot on my looking forward to list. It's expected that the second is going to improve on the first and seeing how good the first one was, it's hard not to be excited for this game.

Heavy Rain:
I don't know too many details, but from what I gather it's a story driven game with QTE game play to help it along. I value a good story in a game and that aspect is what put this game on my radar from the first time I saw a gameplay video of it. It's also a suspense detective thriller type of story which interests me so it gets bonus points for that.

Fallout New Vegas:
I loved Fallout 3 so picking up a new game made by the same company is a no brainer.

Max Payne 3:
There's not too many details about this game that I know of because they started coming out fairly recently, but I'm a fan of the series. New setting and new look, but I know I'm going to still play and see how Max ended up in the situation he's in.

Bioshock 2:
Another no brainer since the first one was tits in your face good. I just wonder how long it'll take before the Big Sister porn starts coming out on rule 34.
