embedding HTML into flash..

Before anyone says "you should be posting this in the flash forum"- i have two questions:

1) Is it at all possible to embed an //IFRAME\> into Flash 5

2) If not- is it possible to connect to a DB and display data through Flash 5.

Many sites use Flash for displaying news posts etc..i have no idea how thats done- and i also want to take it a step further and display all my site content thru an iframe in flash!

You might be able to connect to a DB using XML sockets.
