My prediction is that New York City will be underwater due to Global Warming way before the start 23rd century. It's only 33 ft above sea level and most of the lower areas will be flooded by then.

Lol, that's some wishful thinking. I think NY would look like this because the way things are going in this century and the relative and soon to be absolute decline of America and the Western world. There will be no flying cars in the 23rd Century unfortunately.
