i am new to newgrounds and i am looking to learn how to animate so can anyone send me links to programs to help me start out with animation. i also am looking for links to help me further my art potential. help me out.
You´ll need to download a program called flash from www.adobe.com/downloads. First you can download a free 30 day-trial version, but after that you´re gonna have to pay for the program.
To learn how to make flashes, I suggest you search for some tutorial submissions in the flash portal. If you still have questions then, you should ask them in the flash forum.
