Mortal Kombat is probably the worst. Even the early games. The controls are so clunky and it survived only on it's gore 'gimmick'.

Also, regarding trophies, I wish they'd give different "Experience" values for trophies. Some bronze trophies are much, much harder to get then others. Something along the lines of bronze trophies being worth 1-20 points instead of just whatever their default is, silver 21-60, gold 61+ and platinum being 100-120 depending on the overall difficulty of all other trophies. Sometimes I work harder to get a bronze in one game then getting several golds in another. (compare: Warhawk to inFamous).

So Makeshift, I know you're busy, but would you look at the roster idea I posted up top? I think it could be a good way to do things, since my 19 Trophies or Final2Legion's 3 tell the full story. Most of my 19 are bronze, and while I have no idea about Legion's, what if they were 2 gold and a Platinum?

Also, if you feel up to it, how do you like the idea of making a Top Achievers for the second list? Have some kind of point scale (1=bronze, 5=silver, 15=gold, 25=platinum), and tally up the points to see who wins.

It seems like gold trophies only put me around 4% closer to the next level. Why is that? I thought it only gets ridiculous after level 8 or something.

I just bought Oblivion - Game Of The Year Edition, only to now discover that it doesn't have any trophies attached to it.

I mean, I'm fine with games that don't have any trophies to offer but Oblivion is such a huge game and that you'll spend hours and hours playing it - I don't know, it just would of been nice to have trophies for a game you'll spend so much time playing.

Oh well, can't complain as I bought it new for under £9.

Games released after Sept 08 can have trophies, it's up to the developer/publisher. All games in 2009 have mandatory trophies. Oblivion GOTY was release way before that, hell we're lucky to see trophies in Fallout 3. Only once in a blue moon with a game released before September will have a trophy patch. This is why MGS4 still doesn't have trophies.

just cause its a big game doesn't mean it'll have trophys relax. Also rumor has it MGS4 will be getting a trophy patch soon. Oblivions just too damn old for anyone to care about patching that. Mind u i still play it, but if they added trophies now i'd be pissed off cause you know u'd have to start all over.
