This fuzzy little killer will allow itself to be taken in by its prey (as it looks SO cute) and then, somehow, rips it to shreds. Scientists don't actually know how the NOM devours its prey as they are usually killed during documentation. NOMs are found throughout the galaxy but usually in "dead-space" areas. They hope that being found lost and alone will make their prey want to "take them in" more. These fuzzy, cute, ruthless, deadly and vicious killers are the most feared in the galaxy.

Dalenbourg
Name: Blyriika
Common Names: Crying Bloodletter, Shadowstalker, Cutesy wootsAAAUGH

Pattering about in the wooded Varjagott region commonly known as "Doomvale", the Blyriika has earned a reputation for being one of the most deadly creatures to any unlearned and unwary travellers.

Having evolved to bear the most adorable traits of animals the Blyriika has used this to their advantages for hundreds of years. When hunting in pairs of adult and pup, the elder will purposely get the younger creature lost and alone. This will cause the pup to cry out, attracting their prey. Waiting in the shadows of the landscape, the adult will watch the area until a victim approaches its young, be it human or beast.
Once the preoccupied prey is in range, the adult Blyriika will jump out from its hiding place and cut as
many veins around its neck as it can before retreating to the shadows with its pup, leaving the confused victim to bleed out.

Once there is no more movement the Blyriika will go and gather its kin, who together will proceed to gut and dissect the corpse. They do this because they refuse to eat tough muscles, and will only eat soft tissues and organs. After they gorge themselves on the entrails they store what they can in their cheek pouches before returning to their burrows. On average they can wait a week before having to feed again after a man-sized kill.
