And 2. What do i have to do to increase my Level (you know the one that changes the weapon picture)

For the signature, you go to My Account and under Account Configuration select Forum Signature. If you do not have the programs to make a sig, you can request one at the NGSM.

As for leveling, when you go to watch a flash or play a movie, you'll see a rating system on the left side of the page scaling from 0 being the worst and 5 being the best. Select a number and do this on 5 flashes a day, and you'll gain your 10 exp for the day. With enough experience, you get new levels ;).
