Some artwork i have seen have this newsgrounds animations on. It comes up with the newsgroudns logo and the background i like an alien music. Then it ges then it comes for the side. Everything by Everybody. How do you get that

I don't believe you can get that particular one, I believe it was designed by the NG staff and is distributed sparingly. There are several other (although less fancy) preloaders you can download though! Get them here.
Also, it is called Newgrounds, now Newsgrounds :/.

I think i know what you mean. First of it's newgrounds not "newsgrounds", and no you can not get that one. It is for staff submissons and well respected flash artists, not the normal run of the mill user. You can get the regular preloaders here if you want them.
