repost here soory i just noticed technically that is the background

I can lighten it up, and I wouldn't consider it a technicality, I did not edit the background and I will lighten up the dark portions if you really want it visible, but I thought backgrounds were meant to be in the back, that's all.

that back ground is ok maybe if its on a different layer we could take the dark of and put it back on with a button on your area, but really its ok.

OK, heres my WIP, it still has allot of work to go on at it. I'm definitely going to add blood spatters and such. Maybe even blood in his teeth. Overall I hoping for one of those drawings, drawn in greyscale with red to contrast.

looks good, but Id make the moon a lot bigger... now it may look okay, but if it is the original size, it will about 9 times as small..

M-vero`s one is nice too!

Don't forget to size it back down when you're finished

May I suggest that you make his eye pop up over the saw thingy.. That would look cool :)

Yeah, there's already some shading, but I'll add more, make it more prominent.
Although the eyeball thing is an interesting idea, if a blade went through an eye, it wouldn't pop, although that gives me an idea. Gonna add some eye pus :P

I don't know. I have never splitten a guys head in two with a double saw. But I think it would look cool :D

Lol, well even I, a great ninja, have never done that either (We kill from stealth).
But when you consider it scientifically and physically, it just wouldn't work. Think about if you have a grape and you use a knife on it. The knife cleanly slices through the grape. A human eye would show a similar effect.

Yeah but you don't know if it would pop out if its socket once you have sliced the skull. And I have disected eyes in bio class before and they are really quite hard to just cut thrugh. Very rubber-ish..

True, eye's are rubbery. Yet, they are held in place in the skull, so no need to worry about then moving around when trying to cut it. Also, it would be one clean slice into the head with a single blow, instantaneously. If it was partway into the skull and then slowly pushed in, the eye might pop, but I'm not so sure if it would from a single clean slice.

I love how this is now the topic of conversation.

Amazing what a bit of extra shading can do to a picture.

The yellow confuses me, than again I'm very tired, I'm gonna guess it's earwax and find out if I'm right tomorrow.

There is no clean slicing with a saw you silly. youre either gonna saw through his head, or youre gonna bash it quite a bit...
