He's skipping through probably because he thought it was repetitive and unnecessary. And if you're going to make a song that long, keeping a person interested is the key thing.

5mins is not a long time, musicwise, it's not short don't get me wrong but its not long another two mins and then yeah it would be long. and if the song is repetitive and unnecessary he should have said that rather than "I skipped through it"

Well, I for one know I'm going to make it to the project. It's so painfully obvious that my demo was the only good one. Seriously, I'm amazing I know. In fact, why did any of you try? We all know Nal is gonna fall so in love with my song that he'll just submit my track as a single. Then when the cash comes rolling in, I'll get like a bajillion record deals. I'll turn them all down of course owing my fame and popularity to Nal but my fame will sustain itself for the rest of my life.
