I lol at car wrecks

Picture this. Your talking to your friend and some creep just shoots you, on the spot, and you die. While you die you look over and see your friend laughing his head off. Why is he laughing?

...Because it's fucking hilarious.

So today my choir teacher was talking about a car wreck, and I burst out laughing. My friend (who, may I add, family died in a car wreck with his mother being horribly wounded and his collarbone broken) gave me a cold, evil stare. I apologized adding "I just thought it was funny". For the rest of the day he treated me like a crook. Thats funny, he laughed when Tony Blaze's dad crashed in ghost rider. And he died. Can't say I didn't laugh either.
So I did some thinking about it, and I realized that humor is all about point of view and presentation. This explains why some hate and some love Dane Cook. I personally don't like him, but he is good at delivery. Ever tried reading his jokes? They aren't funny without presentation.
So, as an experiment I will link to link#1 and link#2 and I want you to tell me which ones you laughed at, and which one you didn't. Or both if you're like that.

Also, if you have EVER laughed at either video, that counts.

The first video had me laughing my ass off all around the house. The second video, not so much, not really because of the crime, but because of the video. No actual, uncommented footage of the shooting, then I probably would have chuckled a little. But hey, I am American. Give a little violence and I'm a happy guy.

I recently got into a car accident going 80mph... we were probably going like 65 when we hit the telephone pole, and it makes me laugh when I think about it. Me and my friend hitting our heads hardcore on our windows, and him crying hysterically because he totalled his car.
