What should I do with it???
I've been making a list of things to download. That way when it comes in the mail I can immediately begin filling it up... I only have about 20 Gigs reserved...
And no I'm not using it for porn of any kind.

I assume that you bought an external drive. My first recommendation would be to download TrueCrypt and encrypt your drive, so you need a password to access it.
After that, porn.
