What other phrases can we shorten up?

And no, you can't cheat with acronyms.

It would be "That'dn't" because the apostraphe shows missing letters, not spaces.

Just a thought...

How can you pronounce "that'd'nt"? Awful lot of consonants there.

I have an idea. Instead of lots of contractions, we could all just use Newspeak.

Short for, Hello, I like your turtle. I used to own one myself but he snuck into the neighbours backyard and I haven't seen him since. They're pretty strange, and don't have pets, so I'm not sure what happened to him. I'm thinking of maybe getting a new one but I'm not entirely sure if I have the room for his tank anymore.
