I've enabled revenue sharing on my account, but it's been 3 days now and it still says 0 impressions as my total. I've released several games and was wondering if there was an additional step that I needed to take in order to start the revenue share?

I've noticed its been unusually slow as well. I think they were enhancing the API system altogether so its possible that things are running a bit slower than usual due to that.

i ran through some of your games, and youre using the armor games ad serving api inside them. The rev share isnt going to track that performance.
