Anyone has that for the DS?
It's a pretty good game but THE BOSSES HAVE TOO MUCH HEALTH HOLY SHIT.

It takes literally HUNDREDS of hits from the basic gun to kill them on HARD mode. I'm sure it goes into the thousands even.
It's completely ridiculous.

Yeah its pretty hard but if you stick with it you'll eventually persevere, kind of like Contra 4.

Anyways, I am considering buying it, I am a big fan. Is it as good as the Arcade games?

It's just that some really cheap shots can alter the course of the game by SOOOOO MUCH.

Also: what's this shit? If you die, all the prisoners you've rescued are lost. Who came up with that brilliant idea?

Well, it's HARD mode, after all... Any new guns in this one? I'm still trying to decide whether I should get the DS one or wait for the XBLA version.

Try any of the Castlevania DS games on Hard, and the exact same applies. At least you don't die in 1-hit...

Yeah, but the series as a whole has gone downhill since 3. I mean, the fourth game didn't even make sense! Why is the final boss a scythe-wielding demon? Where's the bad guy from the first three titles and the aliens?
