Great game going on with the Giants and Cowboys. Although I thought the Giants would do better.

They walked away with it in the end though, and that's all that matters. Take the Raiders game for instance. lol. The Cowboys/Giants game was EPIC though. That's what football is all about. :) And Molotov, that picture kicks ass. Haha. Can't blame them though, Sproles has been kickin ass. They would've lost against the Raiders if LT had played the whole game.

I'd think i would like to join this club. I am a fan of football and a fan of the buffalo bills. I'm glad they won this week even though T.O. missed that one pass :::right through his hands:::.

I am officially Awesome. 5-11 in my picks this week; a benchmark that will be hard to beat. Odds are you'd do about as well if you just picked teams at random. Good thing I didn't bet this week, I took one look at the spreads and decided I didn't want to touch this week with someone else's money; preliminary results suggest I made the right choice. There's always next week.

Good Monday night game too, unfortunately I missed most of it; but I caught Indy's game winning drive at least. From the highlights and the way the announcers were talking Miami played them pretty tough.

Yeah, but the Giants had no red zone offense, and they weren't getting any points until the end of the 2nd quarter.

And I say that Flozell Adams gets suspended; shin-kicking is for pussies, especially when they hurt other guys.

The Cowboys/Giants game was EPIC though. That's what football is all about. :)

It's hard to think back to a game that awesome, except for the Giants-Patriots Superbowl.

And Molotov, that picture kicks ass. Haha. Can't blame them though, Sproles has been kickin ass. They would've lost against the Raiders if LT had played the whole game.

Well, LT is getting old, and right now he's hurt with an ankle injury.

Well guys, that wraps up Week 2. I haven't tallied up the scores yet, but I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say EternitySpent did the worst. :P I'll have the roster out sometime today. And props to the dolphins. It's just too bad Pennington choked at the end. Fumbles it and the dolphins manage to keep possession, then he throws a pick. Ugh. I know you can't blame the whole game on him, but that's why the QB's get paid the big bucks. To get the shit together and pull down the W at the end of the day. EVEN JEMARCUS RUSSELL managed to pull that of this week! Haha. But all in all, it was a good showing.

If the sport of football wasn't all about matchups that would mean that because Denver defeated Cincy, who defeated Green Bay, who defeated the Bears, who defeated the Steelers, it would mean that the Broncos were better than the Steelers. O.o

Ha, too bad it doesn't work that way though as Denver still probably won't have a winning record and if they do they aren't making the play-offs for sure.

Definitely the week of the upsets. The Jets was my favorite one, because whenever an underdog talks shit before a game, they usually get destroyed, but the Jets backed it up. Nice work by them. How the Bears won is beyond me, but I bet they're going to be the favorite over Seattle next week as a result. Detroit stuck with Minnesota for the first half! They actually looked decent for a bit too! Is that the Lions good work paying off, or were the Vikings just playing sloppy? The game of the week for me was definitely the Giants, Cowboys game. Holy shit. That game was intense as hell. Haha. Anyways, here is the standings as of now. If I messed something up, let me know so I can fix it before the next roster.

Well, coming in 2 weeks late, hopefully I can win the percentage race.

Kansas City Chiefs @ Philadelphia Eagles:

That's a tough one. Eagles are going to start Kolb, but it's the Chiefs.
Iggles in a nail-biter.

Cleveland Browns @ Baltimore Ravens:

Ravens are on fire this year.
Ravens.

New York Giants @ Tampa Bay Buccaneers:

As a Giants fan and a man who follows football, there's no doubt that the Giants will win.
Giants.

Atlanta Falcons @ New England Patriots:

Falcons have a shot, but I feel the Patriots are going to figure out what's wrong with themselves.
Pats.

Tennessee Titans @ New York Jets:

Jets look like they could be the team to beat this year.
Jets.

Green Bay Packers @ St. Louis Rams:

Rams blow, even with my guy Spagnolla.
The Pack.

San Francisco 49ers @ Minnesota Vikings:

AP + Favre = win over an average team.
Vikings

Jacksonville Jaguars @ Houston Texans:

Another terrible game. With my luck, the team I pick will lose badly. Let's flip the coin, and the winner is...
Jaguars.

Washington Redskins @ Detroit Lions:

Lions are looking decent, but still have a long way to go.
Redskins

Chicago Bears @ Seattle Seahawks:

Bears' defense looked fine without Brian Erlacker (so what if I can't spell his name?)
Bears

New Orleans Saints @ Buffalo Bills:

Saints are too good right now.
Saints

Miami Dolphins @ San Diego Chargers:

The Chargers have turned into last year's Saints and Eagles. Here's to hoping they do horribly this week.
Dolphins.

Denver Broncos @ Oakland Raiders:

Well, the Broncos would be the smart move here. That's why I'm going with it. But it should be an interesting game.
Broncos.

Pittsburgh Steelers @ Cincinnati Bengals:

Steelers vs. Bengals. Need I say more?
Steelers.

Indianapolis Colts @ Arizona Cardinals:

I smell game of the week. I got Clark and Wayne on my fantasy team, so I'm going Indy
Colts

Carolina Panthers @ Dallas Cowboys:

Meh, an unexciting game. The only aspect of it is whether Delhome will be the quarterback in the second half. My money - he won't, and CP will lose.
Cowgirls.

I posted my week 2 picks in here and went 13-3. I also went 11-4 the first week (since you didn't count the Steelers/Titans game), so can I be included in your stats? My total so far is 24-7, which I think is pretty awesome.

Also, might as well post this week's.

Anyone who hates the Panthers just plain sucks. >_> Sure they haven't had a good couple weeks, but it's still early in the season. And if you were born and raised in NC but moved elsewhere, you're a heathen.

I'd say we owe more thanks to Jeff Reed who was considerate enough to miss not one, but two normal distance field goals that gave the Bears the ball back in decent field position.

For whatever reason, I felt compelled to look for photos of Jeff Reed looking sad on the sidelines (because every two seconds they kept putting the camera on him) and instead I found this. Nice hair, Mr. Reed.
