I think there are too many minors, especially from Canada and western europe on this newgrounds.com site.

I think the contents are R-rated and children under the age or 17 should be on here or writing in here only with a legal parent or guardian.

I think 15 year old canadian boy's mind is too immature to handle the adult nature and adult content of newgrounds, and might predispose to weird behavior when they grow up.

I petition Wade and Fulp to RATE forums and flashes to give a voluntary organization rating of G, PG, PG-13, R, NC-17, X and XXX.

and have a special rating like NC (not intended for Canadian view) because Canada's like really too influenced by Americans and like they want to be Americans so much that they'll like copy all the bad things that American kids do.

Like rainer should be rated I for idiot and Izutomato should be rated SI for like super idiot... and have like intelligence warning like "content from this user may cause you to be stupid" and rate Phoenix R for retarded and warn "reading from this user may make you dumber than you are before"

You know, since the film industry has adopted the new MRAA where they warn if there's like a strong violence and nudity.... and like cigarette packages have like "seriously damages health" and "causes cancer and emphysema"

He doesn't give a hell who visits the site, what their age/race/sex is, and that is what makes Newgrounds great. My parents would let me on this site even if I needed parental consent and I'm 17 in less than a year anyway so they aren't even my reasons for being against this piece of shit idea. I've been visiting this website for well over 5 years now, from the time when I was about 11 and a 9 year old (yes a 9 year old) showed me the contents of the DBZ section. I slowly started to visit the site more and more up until this day where I visit almost every day and it's done me no harm. And what was that shit you said about Canadians trying to be American?
