My mother says for my senior year she will take me to any European country I'd like... I have already visited Spain, so I narrowed my choices to Britain or Ireland. I've always wanted to go to both... but I don't know which one.

So tell me which one should I go to? And why?

Or better yet pros and cons of each.

I could search Google, but I'd rather get a direct source, and you NG guys are

Irish are drunks, English are pratts. It really depends on wether you're staying in a capital city or the countryside.

Ireland. No offense to any of you 'ol British folk but most of the food over there is just... Sickening.

But to be fair London does have quite a few awesome and interesting tourist spots. Where in both lands would you be going?

Probably London for Britain, as for Ireland... I dunno... i wouldn't mind the going to a serene countryside.

I have the rolling farmlands and plains is absolutley beautiful

Britain is England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

And southern ireland is shit, so is northern ireland. I'd go to England, I mean Ireland is terrible.

well ireland is VERY VERY expensive when over there. Its thee most expensive place to live in the EU. And Britain is a collection of 4 countries so pick one. Scotland i would have to say, culture and historic landmarks and more drinks than ireland (yep were officially the worst drinkers)

Ireland. Britain is full of pricks. they can't stick with their own little country of england. they just HAVE to expand! Wales, Northern Ireland, 13 colony's, etc.

Who cares if the world ends today.... ITS ALREADY TOMORROW IN AUSTRALIA! =)

Not to mention the people are complete assholes and the women look worse than anything I'd fire out in the shitter.

No offense, though, guys. I love you. Except your shitty food, ugly women, and dickish locals.

No, it's not.

Britain is England, Scotland and Wales, and refers to the large island that all three are on.

Which is why the country is, in full, The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

DERP.

Actually, Berlin is a great place to go. I went there last year.
