i mean yeah it would be awesome if we could get the whole audio community to collab on one song but i think organizing it would take a little more than 2 sentences and positivity in a post ....

I actually kind of like the idea of a drunk collab. We get a group of people together, set a date, we all get drunk and hammer out the collab in that night.

yea it would be cool, but its not gonna happen, everyone uses different programs, and everyone would have to use the same fx and samples, sorry i know it would be really cool, but it cant be done,..

I don't see why it couldn't work. All we'd really need to know is the tempo. could just send everyone wav files and just add onto them.. might be fun.

This would fail mostly because all of us use different styles and most of all - different music studios. I for example use Live 7, and a lot of NG's artists use Fl Studio. So really unless we all make compressed versions of our parts this would be sort of difficult. But I like the idea =).

AS I SAID 5 POSTS BEFORE, you can just export as a .zip. I think you can actually work in different programs as long as you have the same type of DAW.

How is exporting as a .zip gonna do anything?
You can't open a Live file in FL Studio, and vice versa. I don't see how exporting as a .zip will fix anything.
It's an interesting idea but there's gonna be a lot of conflict going on. If this can get organized properly then I'm in.

You guys could just add track by track, and use WAV stems to transfer to other DAWs. But having ALLLL of NG do it, won't work.

It won't be all of NG.
It's a drunk collab so it excludes anyone under 21 (or 18 in some countries I guess) which knocks out a pretty good range of musicians here. It also knocks out anyone who doesn't drink.
I think it would be most authentic if everyone got drunk at the same time and completed the track in the course of one night, but it might be most convenient for people to submit stuff they've done at their convenience.
