every person has the right to yawn if they ever get drowsy, the court system is really getting screwed up now if they support a criminal offense like this.

If it was just one of those involuntary non-disruptive yawns, the judge would have overlooked it.

But the yawn happened exactly when the guy's cousin was being sentenced?

Considering You'd still have the jail stay on your record, I'd be pissed as hell about getting sentenced for any amount of time at all. Even if it was an asshole yawn, I wish I was a judge that could deal out punishments for any act of assholer-y.

I'll agree with minion on the whole SAY YOUR SORRY thing. I don't know what judge would be vain enough to turn down an apology. "You're sorry? Oh no, sorry isn't good enough. Have fun in jail bitch!"
