I suppose everyone has seen the ads on the main page. Combat arms, frag for free. No credit card required. DO NOT FALL FOR IT. Combat arms is the best game ever, and as soon as you start playing you will never be able to stop. Soon you will be getting your credit card, buying NX and BAM.

But, yeah, it does feel cheap. I do sort of want to try out the new game mode. I might.

You cant play it in europe, they block the ip's or something you have to use a proxy if you want to play it over here ... not like it's worth it

I downloaded the game and made an account.
But I can't play it because I forgot to install the drivers of my video card, so I still need to install 'em (I have 'em, but I don't know how to install 'em).
Thanks for the advice, maybe I'll just delete the game, dunno...

CA is not that bad actually, its only ruined by the all of the weapons being limited (except for the starter weapon) and having a shitty game guard and a community full of hackers who cant play for shit.

i wouldn't be surprised if the GM's and admins hack also.

I installed the missing driver so I can run this stupid game, but I can even play it because I always login correctly and I get a freaking error telling me that I lost connection with the server, then the games closes and I need to open it again, and again, and again...

Eh, me and my friend tried it out. Went into a server, got a lot of kills and then got kicked for hacking. That's usually why I hate games like that. Any sign of skill = Hacking.

The reason I think that Combat Arms makes you rent guns and other weapons is because they want you to continuously play. What I mean is that Combat Arms makes you play for an hour or two or else you start losing money. Which in the end you have nothing at all. It's actually quite a smart move by them but they have come out with some guns that are permanent though they have to be bought with real money.

It's not that it's bad, its that games like it and better, came out before it, and people see it as a "rip off" of CSS and all those other fps shooters.
It is free,. to Play, to spend money is your own option on clothes and guns and all that crap.
I mean, for the people who cant afford CSS, or COD4, or any of those games that cost money, (lol)
it is the next best thing, even if it does have its negatives and defects.

Its a good game guys lighten up.
also its good for people who are new to comp games ( yo ) and for people who'se comps are not so great(.....yo.....)
overall a good game worth to play,its free,and good with okay comps.
I encourage everyone to at least try and play a while.
