I'm going to assume you want it colored digitally. I have a good tutorial on hand that I use to reference when I want to color using photoshop: Lineart Coloring Tutorial.
Do you have a specific program you use cause I can find a tutorial specifically for that program.
I would color it but right now I think I'm a tad too busy XD I'm sorry.
I think some obvious (but important) tips would be to save the file you're coloring often and to use layers.
Your resident cutie patootie!
Damn Dawg we ain't Supermen!
Not suggesting it should be hard but it's early for me to be in the Art BBS.

First thing Id advice is to get rid of the shading.
It is well done and all that. But it looks way better if you shade after/while you color. Id love to give you some other pointers, but the only way I learnt is by just trying. Time and time again until youve got it right.
Also, it might be wise to supply a picture of how you want it colored. Realistic, cell shading, cartoonified shading...
Well you don't have to get rid of the shading, just paint over it to get a more realistic drawing without noticeable outlines. I see a lot of artists start by color balancing the image to a nice base color and coloring over their guides

Needs Cleaning...
You haven't said if you want to colour this on a computer in something like photoshop or buy hand...
A great image but first things first. You need to work out what lines you are working with (lot going on in there) I did try tweeking to see if I could without having to go over them but just too much noise in the image. If you still have the hard copy better to ink on there and scan if notyou will have to do it on the computer. As you can see I droped the image down a bit so only the heavy lines could be seen. With a trusty tab I then work out what lines are the most needed and go over them. At this point you can also fix some of the probs in the line are i.e. I can see the top of the bulky gentleman's sword hilt but not the top of his hand (in red) looks an odd way to hold a blade and I was not 100% sure about how his other arm was working.
To colour this image I stick with a few colours too many too play with too much to go wrong. Set yourself 5 main colours and work off them.
Work out the most used colour in the image and flood the area you are working, things happen a lot more quickly if you are not looking at lots of white.
If you are using something like photoshop use the burn and dodge tools for highlights and shade but make this the last thing you do after blocking in colour.
Work in layers and AVOID the fill tool at all cost. Paint under the layers of line work.
Save often...
A very good tut I liked and have used is.
