That was a very dumb idea. Instead, for the same price, without S&H, and legally, you could have bought it off Steam.

As someone has mentioned already, customs can hold items for a while. I'd be inclined to say that's what's going on, considering you're from Australia. Also, have you kept in contact with the buyers themselves?
I payed for something over ebay earlier on this week, and while I payed a little more for the items than I probably could have, I bought from official retailers of the product (power sellers with 99.7% approval rating), brand new, with warranties, I've kept in contact with the supplier and I'm tracking my package as it makes its way to me. If all goes well I should have it early next week. Talk to the supplier. There's no point freaking about it here if you haven't even talked to the supplier and found out what's going on.
