Actually, you are quite right on that. If you needed a fixed amount of experience to post in a forum, then it would take days of levelling up until they can finally fill the BBS with their shit. Although all those poor poor alts...

Level 10 for the portals (with the exception of BBS mods, like Luis)

Good idea, but there are people with just as many posts as me, and they're still making threads that no one really cares about.
