the big game! concept art

well if you go on over to the flash forum you'd know i'm making a game
so i thought i'd post some concepts for the chrecters here(if you want details on The Big Game! then go to the flash forum cause i ai'nt gonna retype it)
also, this thread is for guest artists and a name for the game(details in the flash thread)
anyway i'm gonna post some concepts for the charecters and you can post some concepts to if you want your charecter in the game
note that you will need to draw the charecters whole sprite sheet level, enemies, and boss if you want your charecter in the game

can you just clear sumthing up for me you need a sprite sheet so thats walking animations and jumping animations, you need a level and the bosses sprite sheet, by the end of the month?
and what format shud this be in

How about you post one of your finished sprite sheets so people can get an idea of you're expecting... yeah, I like that idea!!

That means any art posted (from this point on) that isn't crazygiraffe's will be deleted. So don't bother.

I'll be keeping an eye on your flash forum thread as well, just so you know! <3

i just found the sprite sheet for banjo durring cutscenes and i'm gonna color it

well, it happened again , my pen exploded, not exactly but i use ball point and it sometimes comes loose and gets ink everywhere
to make you see that i'm not a liar i worked up a few pics
theese are pictures for the charecter select screen and if you're a guest artist, you WILL have to do one
i got sonic, PEELS, i mean louis, and chris :)

Please post a COMPLETED (ready to use) sprite/level set. People need to know what's expected of them. And it would be nice to see proof that you have actually done some of the work. You're asking for help with art and coding... so, what does that leave for you to do?

and i don't think your grasping the fact that i'm expecting to make around 50 charecters so i tink that only having 10 be guest artists means i got a fucking hell allot of drawing to do
but you said something about reading my flash forum post where i stated that i would have allot of charecters (whichwould be in my mind at least thirty so i don't get why your saying that

OBJECTION! I've had a video game idea that I filled up concepts and ideas since was seven.

agreed i have been developing a novel that originated with a short story i wrote in seccond grade
i was originally a kid who's brothers were kidnapped by and evil skelloten and now it's a steampunk tale with a genetically enhanced worm that detroyed almost whole world ( i'll make a thread about it)
i know it doesn't sound like it but the new ones loosely based on the original but i'd have to get more indepth

What we have here is a failure to communicate... so I'm gonna make it really simple for you.

YOU need to make a COMPLETED sprite set of any ONE character. Not a concept sketch. Not a doodle. DONE. Ready to be put in a game. FINISHED!!

When you have that, pm me with a link (put it on your user page or where ever). Once I see that your serious (and capable), I'll unlock this thread and you can carry on with your 'guest' art recruiting.

Here's an idea... why not get a bunch of people to make all of the characters and levels... someone to code it ...and then you can slap your name on it and submit?!

You claim you'll be doing 30-40 characters... so posting ONE completed set shouldn't be too much to ask.

P.S. (which stands for 'post script', btw) I am locking this thread due to the fact that its sole intent revolves around asking for guest (aka FREE) art. Your little doodles aren't fooling anyone... except maybe angryglacier, and honestly, how hard is that?
