Are You Ready For College?

In 3 weeks I start the basics for law school. It means I now have to learn to schedule my life even more, I also met a cute violinists at a wedding I shot this weekend who's going to help me brush up on my violin.

Thank god for scholarships & grants otherwise law school would be extremely expensive. I don't want to give up my music, skateboarding or surfing, but I might have to alternate when I do them.

In other cool news, I went to the Free Press Music Fest in Houston, Texas & got to meet Devin the Dude. If you haven't heard him, check it.

Awesome!!!! I really didn't care too much for it, but some of the music was ok. Did you see the high Asian kid running around high? They were trying to be like SxSW & ACL but have alot of work to do to improve it.

Well I'm going into Junior year and now is when I finalize my plans for college. Right now I'm shifting through a bunch of schools for Engineering, looking for the "one."

Enjoy the carefree life of high school. I use to say I couldn't wait to be out of school, now I wished I had spent more time with my friends instead of studying. I was always a perfectionst, striving for better. It's a bad flaw.

Just because you don't goto college, it doesn't mean you're a failure. Everyone has a path in life, you can miss opportunities & sometimes you have greater things ahead of you.

Well I can't complete high school due to a phobia of Phys-Ed class, so... I don't see much ahead of me in my future, all I do is play drums now, and write music, I don't see myself going too far in that either though, but I hope that I can at least get somewhere in my life.

I've been told over and over by my mother that I am going to be a failure my entire life, but, that just makes me want to try a lot harder towards not being a loser/failure my entire life, then I can come back and spit in her face about the whole thing, but it is hard to stay positive.

I never took really high level science classes because i find them boring. I've taken like Honors Biology and shit. I do near perfect in English. I'm taking AP Pysch in Senior Year. Algebra 1 was the only class i ever failed, but then again, i never even tryed.

So yeah. I'm pretty worried.

oh god i still need to apply for my renewed student I.D, confirm the general payment agreement, pay the school of arts for the extra lesson costs, provide a schedule to the school of arts to book lesson times, purchase books, gain entrance to a required class for my diploma, apply for an overload (I'm taking 13 instead of 10 classes hopefully, give my two weeks notice, get prepared for my varsity sport training camp and clean up the apartment 100% so that my roommates can move back in.

thank goodness I still have like 3 weeks or phew i'd be in trouble.
