Now, I know that most people on newgrounds are asses who would like nothing better than to cheat people out of money and masturbate furiously. But for the select few who aren't like that, do you click ads?
I do it when I'm feeling generous, or if its for a good cause. You guys?

I'm probably wrong, but I heard that the developer of a flash doesn't get money from people clicking the ads, just seeing them. But I'm probably wrong, so I sometimes do it, but only for really outstanding flash.

I got sick of audio ads, so Newgrounds has to pay the price of someone's ignorance. Stickam and it's audio ads...

I use adblock because as the internet aged, ads got more advanced and thus more annoying. And there always seems to be a lot more of them...I want to view a website, not a small box surrounded by penis enlargement scams.

developers get more money per clicks than views.
I got sick of audio ads, so Newgrounds has to pay the price of someone's ignorance. Stickam and it's audio ads... ng doesn't have audio or any other annoying ads any more. The layout does a great job of making the ads a part of this site so they're not sitting in a random side on the page.

Never. Before, when NG had ads with spyware like gatorware, my computer used to get infected. They had that BBQ-ad and the playable pin ball add that tried to install spyware on my computer even if I didn't click on them.
I'm not sure how it's like now, but I've lost confidence. I would never click ads on NG even if it meant that it would close down.
I would prefer to keep my computer safe.
