Newground's, i think (and it's been a while) i'm spiralling down the same old road into depression.
It hasn't seemed this bad since my ex left me, i thought it got better, but i guess i was just ignoring how i felt.
If anyone has any advice or something that could help, please let me know.

Anti-depressant work well. In fact, they can be the cure to mental and physical pain caused by depression. I am currently on SSRI's due to having an anxiety disorder. Unfortunately they can be addicting, but it depends on how depressed you really are. It's like a painkiller.
