Zooming In Help

Im working on my first flash animation, and i want my sniper to zoom in on this certain spot. Is there anyway that i can do this? Im not very used to flash, so if you could help it would be nice.

Are you using a V cam if not just select everything on the stage convert it to a symbol make a new keyframe on the time line drag it out and make it a motion tween.
