I think you got mixed up with cable and after playing a few 100 matches
no one on there is that stupid to just block and let them get away with it

I'm talking about AI. Of course other players would'nt do it, but that's what happened every time I played MVC2.

There's no such thing as cheap. If someone else picks a character that you know will spam the same move, then you should be able to counter it. Otherwise you just suck.

This makes sense, but I much prefer insulting said players mother before I justify the loss with my own inability.

its just a tier list doesnt matter in competitive play because Sagat is highest tier on SF4 and i beat Sagats all the time with Rose and Bison
