For some reason my music taste is the exact opposite of my family. While they listen to Rap and R&B and pretty much all the new shit that comes out I'm in my room listening to metal, techno, trance, classic rock, Tom Lehrer, and several classic composers.
My brother even had the nerves to say that the Moonlight Sonata was stupid because it was sad and had no lyrics to sing along with. I was utterly speechless. His music is devoid of all emotions except greed and lust, then he experiences true emotion in music and he says it sucks.
The only thing I could do was turn off the game I was playing and go back into my room and listen to my music while surfing the internet.
