Back in College I'd pick up a bottle if I'd dragged myself out of bed that day. At first the thing could keep me going throughout the day on a massive high and get a fair bit of work done, then late afternoon I'd mentally crash from the withdrawl symptoms.
Then they just started earlier and earlier, even in the first lesson as i was downing the stuff. Haven't touched it since, it can really mess you up.

18's probably about the amount that would kill you. I've done ten or so before and it didn't have any side effects. If I remember rightly, there's a site where you can enter your age, weight, height etc and it'll tell you how many it'll take to kill you.
