delete system32 some viruses like to hatch themselves in that folder and stay dormant until you have enough viruses to really fuck up your computer.

no, but a new CPU might, although ram normally fixes everything. I had a vista laptop with 1GB ram (or rather, have one, im using it now) and it was a bit slow, but still ran fine, and I upgraded to 2GB ram and now its lightening fast! I rarely get above 40% ram load
