I sleep with either a light two piece Hello Kitty nighty or with a large T-shirt. I've slept topless before but the chafe against my breast was uncomfortable so I wear clothes.

Clothes, I still can't be assed to get out of comfortable clothing into pajamas, and then back again.

It depends. In the summer, when it's hot, I sleep in my underwear or in jeans/shorts with my shirt off. If it's smoking hot, I'll sleep naked, maybe once or twice a year. In the winter though, I'm fully clothed.

When I first tried sleeping naked, I immediately realized that it was way more comfortable than sleeping with clothes on. Sleeping naked also allows your skin to breathe better. I've been doing it for years now.
