A lot of my friends can't handle it, a couple beers and a joint is nothing but I'd say about over 60% of the time someone pukes, its from a combination of too much beer and being way too stoned. Personally it never got me sick but I never get completely knocked out wasted. But 6-12 beers and smoking weed doesn't bother me at all.
