I have, I think once in that form and once in the form of a little flash that popped up after I voted, and one lil flash that happened after I saved one 8), its probably just a thing that happens if you're lucky enough to be the one to put something over the top or under the limit.

You get that when you are the deciding vote that depends of if something is blammed or not. Thousands of people get the message per day. No big deal

Yeah, but it's just pure luck if you do get the those votes on an under judgement submission. I always get a smile whenever I destroy something.
