Ahaha!! I laughed at this :)
My id is Russ3llc.
I pretty much only play Counter-Strike:Source, but I'm probably gonna be getting TF2 soon.
Bump since this hasn't had some activity in a while.
Did anyone get the Madballs... Invasion pack? I think it was just $2.50, and it's actually not bad - a fun little shooter with a decent variety of modes and weapons. I haven't had a chance to look at the online yet, but it seems like it might be fun.
Hey guys, Steam name in my sig,
Looking forward to playing some TF2, CS:S, Cs 1.6, Unreal Tournament 2004, and more with you guys, and hopefully kicking your asses.
My games are :
VALVe Pack.
ID pack.
Unreal Pack.

I'm the legendary Major Banter, more commonly found on the interlopers.net mapping resource site.
I own 50 steam games but I think L4D and it's sequel are bollocks, so I don't have them.
I map for Ep2 pretty damn well, check out my mod.
*Shameless Whorage*
I mainly play TF2 and Killing Floor; but odds on I'll be in SDK.
I write, I draw, I design.

I just wanted to mention to anyone here, assuming your all video games players, that you should all start to get involved in this lounge. I mean, if your never in the video games department of the forums, I guess you can skip it. But, we need to embrace gaming 'regulars'.
On a side note.
I've been playing Fable: The Lost Chapters a lot in the past week on PC. Its a shame I cant play it online really, as it would be an awesome game to play in that aspect. But I'm getting immersed in this old, amazing, game.

Ahaha, Its a simple coincidence that I happened to be the creator of the thread. But it just breaks my little heart to know that I have no regular lounge to sit and relax in, with my gut out and my fly down.
Its because everyone in that Video Games forum is busy playing COD, or fapping to DOA.
Bought killing floor yesterday have played it for an hour and a bit and all ready love more than my own left testicle. It's brilliant.
Dawg_Meatt is my Steam name(I think?...)
And I really suggest you download(if you have a source engine game; PM if you're not sure) Zombie Master. It's a mod which the development for it has ended a while ago, but the game itself is still alive and kicking. Though slowly dieing down for various reasons.
Synopsis: The Zombie Master(A.K.A. ZM) is randomly chosen at the beginning of the round. The ZM's objective is to kill/stop the survivors from completing their objectives with the use of traps or Zombies. The ZM achieves all this in a "Top-down(bird's eye) view" of the map whilst the zombies and traps in are controlled in a Real Time Strategy style.
While the rest of the players are made into survivors who's goal is to complete the map's objectives using guns, props, or various gimmicks on the maps. The survivors all control their own characters using a RTS control style.
It can be very fun, some servers(most actually) implemented an RPG system onto their server allowing you to have/upgrade such skills as ammunition regeneration, health regeneration, max health, and top running speed.
All in all, it's a great game that'll kill lots of your time if you get into it. And best of all, it's free! So go ahead and do yourself the favour of checking it out.
I AM THREAD KILLER!

The VG lounge isn't all that bad, it's plugging away, albeit slowly.
Hi, I just got Steam after Valve released Portal for Mac.
Now they've got Half-Life 2 and its two expansions available, and if I had some cash, I'd gobble 'em up.
P.S. my ID is the same as my username, in case anyone wants to friend me.

Welcome. I was expecting a few Mac guys to join eventually, what with Steam and Source finally going OpenGL. I'd highly recommend going ahead and grabbing the Orange Box - you won't get TF2 until June 1st (I think), but it's definitely worth it, and it's going cheap this week, so save yourself $10 and grab it quickly.
Steam ID is in my sig, if you want to befriend me.
Bumping this to let everyone with an active ID know that I added them.
Mine's in my sig. Go ahead and add me. So far, I only have Oblivion and TF2, and when I grab a few extra bucks, Counter Strike, and quite possibly some indie stuff.
I'm always up for a good TF2 match, so hit me up every once in a while.

So I just got steam a while ago, but the only games I have are Portal/Prelude, and Morrowind.
I'm trying to get money to get either TF2 or Half-life 2.
If any of you know any get rich schemes for a kid who couldn't get a job at the moment from a lack of transportation, be my guest.

I suppose I'll join, if it's not a huge issue. My Steam ID is "dgmkaizerwolf" (minus the quotes.) At the moment, I've only got Half Life 2, Fallout 3 (which I haven't played much), Portal, and a mod for HL2 called Eternal Silence.

That game looks suspiciously awesome. Which raises the question: Why is it free?

There is another game like it, made by the same creators for a retail price. It says it has more Tracks and cars, so I'm guessing the free game is more like a stand-alone demo for the real deal.
