Man it's been so long since I last dropped by, how's everyone been? How's everyone that got a Wii U liking it? I don't be getting one until much later, mostly cause I need to take care of some more personal and important problems before I can invest on a new console. I will admit I am pretty hyped for the HD WindWaker game coming out for it, even though WW was one of my least favorite Zelda games.

hey guys, how many people are avid fans of kid icarus?

and another question, how likely are you to go see a cartoon based around a nintendo franchise? if so, what franchise would you most likely want to see.

I want a 3DS as well, but NOOOOOOOO, apparently my parents say they're too expensive and I'll go on it too much.
How am I going to finish Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time now? Life is complicated.

Emulators my friend.

and another question, how likely are you to go see a cartoon based around a nintendo franchise? if so, what franchise would you most likely want to see.

There was a Zelda and Mario one. The Mario one was good, but the Zelda one. Well a description in two words. "WELL EXCUUUUUUUUSE MEEEE PRINCESSS!"

You mean that Mario Hotel or Goomba Hotel one? I could be mistaken, but I think I've mostly heard negative things about it.

Ever since I was about 5 years old I wanted to see a carton based around a Nintendo franchise, like super Mario bros, Mario kart, kid Icarus, Legend of Zelda, and some other popular titles!

I'm talking about the one based off of Mario Bros 3. There's more?!

Well there are more apparently, but I think I was referring to the Super Mario Bros 3. one as well. I don't know why I came up with Mario Hotel.

I'm actually trying to write a fan tv series inspired and based on the Kid Icarus games with a LOT of different mythologies thrown around since KI kind of obscured what the myths really told. I'm also trying to write a Movie series based on each and every Mario Video game and every spin-off game (Excluding the education and puzzle games). Though I'm worried about whether or not these will even make any money considering Nintendo doesn't like people making stuff based on their products.

I may be able to get away with KI if I change the names around since my plot itself is a loose interpretation of the games and there are only two and a remake anyway. But the Mario one is supposed to be my dream project and I don't even know if I'll be able to make any money off of it

Speaking of Animal Crossing, I just got an Action Replay for my Gamecube and have been using it to get Super Mario Bros., Ice Climbers, and Legend of Zelda on the game. Sucks that I still need an e-reader to get Mario Bros. :(

Zelda is awesome, though. Love playing it with a Gamecube controller.

Just started playing through Twilight Princess again yesterday, in just one day I got to the end of the Forest Temple and considering Zelda games are games that I tend to struggle with I'm proud of myself :P

Tomorrow is the NES' (well, technically the Famicom's) 30th Anniversary. Lets have a moment of appreciation for everything Nintendo's first real console has done for gaming.

Hopefully Nintendo will do something to mark the occasion. It would be amazing if they made an actual, physical, cartridge based Super Mario Bros 4.

I can dream.

It's also my birthday :D and I'm celebrating it by playing various NES gems in my house alone. Anyone played Captain Skyhawk?

Speaking of Animal Crossing, I got the Gamecube game for my birthday about two weeks ago.

I gotta say that I was a bit sceptical about it in the beginning because it seemed like there wasn't all that much to do, but now that I've been playing it for a while it seems like there's actually way more to the game than meets the eye. You just got to be patient with the game.

By the way, it's also really cool that you can unlock full versions of NES games, though it's unfortunate that Zelda isn't available through normal means. I would've loved to play that one.

My Wii's disc drive started messing up, so I sent it in to be repaired. They decided that the system couldn't be saved, so they gave me a new Wii. Normally, I'd be stoked, but there was certain data on that machine that couldn't be moved (Like my Super Smash Brothers Brawl save data). Bummer.

R.I.P. My Wii that I got on day #1 in 2006.
