I already said a while ago that my girlfriend got me a couple of games for the N64. Among them was Perfect Dark. Currently I have finished that game and I am now trying to complete it in Secret Agent mode.

I gotta say that it really is a step up from Goldeneye in terms of difficulty. As a veteran Goldeneye player, I expected that the first two difficulties would be a breeze. However, I died several times on the last level on agent mode and on secret agent mode I also die every now and again if don't watch out. Also the levels are all very maze-like, so I often get lost and spend like 20 minutes just to complete one level part.

Yeah

Ai that sucks. Better luck next time?

No I haven't seen it yet. Wouldn't know where to find it either, because I highly doubt the local media store here sells it.
Well you don't lose anything, I mean, it doesn't even look like Mario

Hehe, I don't expect all that much from it either. But I just like to watch movies and I can probably get a good laugh out of it.

Yeah, I have never actually seen it in any stores in my life. I had to get it from Netflix.

Also, I just saw the Wizard. Have you guys seen that movie either?

Yeah, and actually watching the movie doesn't help either. It's really just a big, long Nintendo commercial.

Blargh in Conkers Bad Fur Day I am now at the part where the base is about to explode. Went Game Over two times already.

Those laser trip wires are very nasty. If you let like four of them explode, you'll immediately lose 4 pieces of chocolate =(

Heh I just read the plot as well. Weird stuff indeed. Doesn't seem like such a great movie to me.

Never played Conker games, expect the one for the Game Boy Color. I can't even recall the name, gotta check the Internet lol

Lately I didn't play that much, but I got arsed to replay Majoras Mask, which is freaking epic. For some reason, I just love that game.

uhh..
you know i have that pokemon stadium for N64, never managed to finish it though,

but hey Does any of you know any good boxing game for wii
I found these 2 Don King's boxing games, i was going to bought the other one but there was 2 things that i didn't like
1. there was no blood
2. the better one didn't use wiimote's and nunchuck, punches would have been thrown by pressing buttons.

Why doesn't anyone create a good boxing game for wii
I need blood and action

The only ones that come to mind are Punch Out, Super Punch Out, Punch Out Wii, and the boxing game from Wii Sports.

I've heard that game is very different from the N64 version. As in the Game Boy Color game was made for kids while the N64 aimed on mature audiences. Conker also made an appearance in Diddy Kong Racing by the way, but there he was also based on his Game Boy Color character.

Anyway you should really start playing it someday. I think everyone with some interest in videogames should play it at least once in their lives.

Yeah, it's on the Virtual Console, or if you want to kill two birds with one stone, it's available as an unlockable bonus in Fight Night Round 2 for the Gamecube.

If you get it the second way, you get another boxing game that fits the description of what you want on the Wii fairly well.

Thanks for the advice puddinN64

But there has been this thing going around on my head, SUPER MARIO SUNSHINE.
Never played it, reason for that was propably that i heard about it few months ago before Wii came out. I hope that some day i get that game on my hands.

You know we use to have this awesome finnish web store called playerone. Too bad that it went down coz of that one american web store, can't remember the name of it.
Anyway playerone was awesome coz it had so much rare games and games after all. Only bad part of it was that it's prices were horrible, I mean who the hell is so crazy that would pay 30 euros more when other stores sold the same game much cheaper.

But i guess that thats business,

Whaat!! O_O Super Mario Galaxy 2, I have to wait it for 5 months what the fuck i though it was supposed to be available next month

Great. 5 months.

To be honest with you, I don't believe it will be released any earlier than November of this year. Nintendo definitely wants to bank on the holiday market with a high profile game like this.

Anyone here play Super Tecmo Bowl (1991, Tecmo) for the NES?

I just started playing it. Most fun I've ever had with an NFL game.

The Wii is getting Netflix capabilities.

This makes me very happy. Now I can watch movies with my Nintendo machine!

You can get the disc that lets you watch movies on your Wii for free if you have a Netflix account...

Sounds like a cool feature, but I don't think I'd want to pay extra for such a thing when I can watch TV series online for free. As for movies, I think I prefer to buy the DVD unless Netflix is really cheap.

Yeah i installed it on my old computer, and i just love it only thing that i'm pist is that i don't have speakers so i can't here the voices of it and the controls, they are pretty horrible, but still i have got lots of fun with it.
only difference between n64 version are these

1. weapons, they look different and there is few of them that have been changed
2.the maps are pretty much the same, few differences.

I've decided to put Perfect Dark aside for a while and have now continued with Jet Force Gemini.

I gotta say that it is a pretty good game. It looks good and it is quite enjoyable up until now. You can clearly see that it's a few classes up from the average N64 games, although it's just not able to reach the quality of games like Goldeneye and Banjo Kazooie in my opinion. That may still come though, I'm still only near the beginning.

It does a few annoying little flaws:
-I find that the controls and camera of the game are a little awkward. The characters and camera just move too quickly and with that especially jumping and platforming can become quite difficult to do.
-I don't think I like how the story in this game is told. The dialogues are basically presented as boxes with text and I think they are sometimes long and unattractive to read. Furthermore I have sort of lost track of the main story already because it seems the game jumps from one area to the other without explaining much. And I actually have the option to pause the screen in the middle of a level and then go and do the entire chapter of the other character. That's weird because it just makes things more confusing than they already are.

But for the rest it's very promising so far.

Yeah I saw you had a grenade launcher or something on the N64. I remember this code for the PC where you got all the weapons and I'm pretty sure that one wasn't in there.
