Heh, I know precisely where you're coming from, but I care a good deal less than you do.
If I talk to a girl for awhile, it's quite common that I get the 'Yeah, but all you guys want is sex anyways..' In the past, I've tried getting around that. I would talk to them some more and show relatively noble intentions. Doing so yields a predictable response: 'Yeah, I like the way you don't try to sexually abuse me and such, but we're better off just being friends.' Women and girls like that really have no idea what they want and aren't worth the trouble. They constantly complain about the deviousness of men, but only go for that. At this point, if I ever get the same line, I just tell them to deal with their emotional baggage and not bother me with it. It's better to talk with girls that have a grasp on their emotions and reality.
