Photoshop threads belong in the General Forum.Photoshopping is far from art if you ask me.

Lol. I'd like to weigh in, if that's alright.

While Photoshop threads ARE allowed in Art in the rules (provided that you give an example first). The nature of this topic and very poor example lead me to disallow it. Merely changing some text and adding a green blob doesn't fill me with confidence it the topic.

If, however, you were to redesign the entire Newgrounds banner, that might be an interesting art thread.
