BurgerKing pulled a prank about a somewhat - Left Handed Burger, specifically designed for as the name suggests, left handed people.
The only problem was that they didn't tell the francises employees who all thought it was real and got really angry when they found out it was a prank.
They thought that they lost money out of it and complained.

I remember I went to Burger King one time, and I was waiting to get into the bathroom, so I stood outside the door. You know those plastic containers they have for the toys? Well 1 of the employees was changing the toys, and he dropped the lid to the container. He just stood there staring at it on the ground. Without him knowing, I was giving him that ":|" look. 4-6 seconds after dropping the lid, he screams "OOPS" as loud as he can, letting everyone in the entire BK hear him. Then he proceeds to pick it up. I fully lol'd.
