On the sequel to Star Wars Gangsta Rap:
This preview of Star Wars Ganstga Rap is in a low quality video format. Honestly the video quality is 25% as sharp as the final flash export will be. This was debuted at Comic Con at the Star Warsvfan films awards on Friday and the fan film panel saturday.
Despite the video quality of this preview I think you can see how smooth the character movements are. Listen to the audio with headphones if you can because the beat is large. Our animator, Thomas Lee, has improved BIG TIME and it shows. He does tings with Flash i didn't know you can do....like make it look TV quality.
Bentframe, as a music entity, has a lot better equipment, software and production skills that come with time. In my opinion, this version is a much better in terms of production quality that SWGR SE.....being as viral will be hard without the movies in the theatre to push it - the original has around 20-30 million views.
I Have seen 3/5th of this finished animation and it's very entertaining. The music is crisper, there's more characters and they rhyme more in this one; there's Lando, Public Enemy Obi Wan and even Jabba busting rhyme.
You have to see it a few times to take it all in on the longer version I have seen.

BTW -the portal is awesome. Bentframe had some pretty wild early portal hits back in 1999-2000 with "Yoda's Blowjob" with its horrible animation. How Mr T shot Tupac with Brian Beaton was a portal classic too with our audio. We even did some audio for one of Brian's Scrotum cartoons. Dude, Family Guy and the Simpson's always have parody scenes. The FFamily Guy did a whole episode of Star Wars as a matter of fact.
Parody is legal which is why we weren't sued. Which is why Star Wars Gangsta Rap is licensed as part of the Lucasfilm endorsed fan films of Atom dot come. if Lucas doesn't care why should you? Are you the flash film quality judge and jury...... Don't watch it if you don't like it. You can always watch Magnum PI or work for a law firm protecting copyrights and not allowing parody based comedy.

No offense, this seems pretty weak, I think that I could think of better stuff than this. The original was godly, but maybe it seemed like that cause I was a whole lot younger when I first saw it. Maybe these raps aren't as great as they're cracked up to be.

Its called criticism and he has every right to be bothered since you are too lazy to come up with any of your own material. No one else whores out their terrible cartoons why should you?
You're worse than family guy (which is a horrible show) because you spend your free time on it and not making it due to demanding tv bosses because of commericial reasons making you as bad as those nerds that create fan-fiction.
