It took 5 fights for the disease to finally win against Sir Bobby. He will be missed as one of England's best managers, a man who was so passionate and yet so humble about it all.
Truly, he was a Gent
I'm not going to mourn his death as such, rather celebrate an amazing life. He sad in an interview recently that he considered himself lucky to have achieved what he had, and regretted nothing in his life- there are few that can say that honestly, and I feel that despite the cancer that plagued him in his latter years he was a lucky man. One that will never be forgotten by any football fan.

He was an excellent player and manager, and he was the one who scouted Ronaldo. English football lost a legend today.

First time I've been sad at someone dying in a long time. Managed us when I first got interested in football. :-(
