i caught my brother stealing music form a website. i dont know what to do anbout it can he get in trouble with the law for it? i dont know how anyone would find out about it but still.

generally the FBI or police or whoever don't really care. it's when you try and use those stolen songs to make money.

Its just music, so calm down its not the end of the world. Do you really want to tell on your brother and get him fined or worse sent to jail? Guess who would have to pay them fines, your parents would have to pay for it and it would fuck your life up as well. So shut the fuck and calm down about it.
