Seriously by the time I'm wrapping up a case and I've just presented the crucial evidence pretty much anything the game throws at me is gonna be stuck there for an afternoon. It just so happens that it's a ludicrously catchy song.

Well i'm sorry if you prefer a digital handheld sound loop compared to a rock orchestra.

Although commercial music can get stuck in my head as well, videogame music seems to get stuck more often due to the amount of loops and sub-concious listenings of the song.

The tank music from Left 4 Dead, half the songs from Jet Set Radio Future, and the Sailing Theme from Wind Waker just to name a few songs that will probably be stuck in my head for all eternity.

Just about every song from just about every Castlevania game gets stuck in my head at least once, and often they stay for so long that I just start charging them rent.

Only good Video game music gets stuck in your head, or at least both good music and music that actually fits with what's going on in the game.
For instance, the FF8 soundtrack is very deeply embedded in my head and I don't think I have to tell most of you how good it was or how well it was used in the game.

Civilization isn't really intense, but I'll admit I DID get the menu music in my head. Dawn of War, well, yeah, but it depends, I don't have it. Warcraft's Music is just piss you off type music, it's the kind you want to tune down the volume for.
