I'd imagine it'd be very difficult to breathe. After seeing so many vids of kids smoking smarties, I also learned that inhaling sugar through your nose is a breeding ground for maggots. A cool-aid cloud would be fun to run through, but the next day's maggot-death would not be so fun :(
