I think the rain could be greatly improved. I've just had to animate some rain for a project I'm working on, and I found it was best to tween a raindrop falling down, and then have about 10 different versions that have blank frames in different places to stagger the timing, then line them all up and let them play. Also, if you apply a tint or drop the brightness and make them smaller, you can add depth to it. It also makes it more random and you can't spot patterns like in your version.

i only 'learned' how to create rain today, and i didnt use a tutorial, il look at one though because yeah the rain is pretty messy.

if I didnt know that art was in the name I never would have seen it. Also theres too many places to look at other than the sign, its totally cluttered and just thrown together.

its not meant to be all neat and ordered...

Yeah i agree with lazyboyclark if you wanna make people notice your sign youve either gotta make it huge or really bold and eye catching, well more eye catching then everything else youve made in the scene anyway. Of course some people do both. But the logos good :D

Sorry, but the only thing I like are the nice trees on the left. You can maybe if you want make the sky black, keep the moon stationary, make the rain look like lines rather than actual droplets, and improve on the sound, I'd love it. Good luck.

Rain looks, well, awful. Same with the art. There are simple codes to produce random rain for you.
